We are excited to announce that 2021 Tackle football registration is open as of TODAY. Spread the word!
The tackle season will begin August 10 and run until late October or early November. Practices will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 8:00 at the Greater Vernon Athletics Park for the month of August. In September a third weekly practice will be added on Saturdays (additional practices may be added at your coach’s discretion). Games will begin (pending public health lifting restrictions on travel) in September and will be held primarily on Sundays. Travel to other local communities will be required.
Equipment is provided with a credit card # as a deposit. Your players will need their own cleats (and gloves if desired).
Suit-up will be August 3, 4 & 5. More specific details will be provided upon registration.
We are offering early bird pricing until July 2. Prices are as follows:
Atom: $250 ($275 after July 2)
Pee Wee: $300 ($325 after July 2)
Junior Bantam $300 ($325 after July 2)
If you have not already paid your insurance and membership fees for 2021 through flag football registration then you will also be charged and additional $58. Please note that this fee is outside of the VDMFA and is mandatory for all players.
If you plan to make a Kidsport funding application please communicate this with us and we will assist with ensuring your player is able to register while you wait for funding approval.
